Hey Everyone! These days winter wind is making everyone's skin dry and problematic so, to avoid these problems i would recommend everyone to use natural/organic products for your skin because if you use more products for skincare and that aren't natural or contains more chemicals then it would make your skin even more worse!
Living in Pakistan and having luxury skincare routine isn't something that everyone can afford. luckily we have few brands that deal with skincare products containing natural ingredients.
today i'm going to tell you about such skincare brand which is Hemani Herbal Pakistan.
They have wide range of herbal products from skincare to haircare & what not plus free from chemicals & oh did i mention they are super affordable? what else one can expect?

Rose Water Spray

First of all let me brag about the packaging. I really really adore the packaging of all the hemani products, i mean we all know that natural products packaging sucks that we dont want to believe that this product will work because of their packaging. but Hemani packaging is so luxurious!

i mean just look at this Rose Water Spray Bottle, it reminds me of Victorias Secret Mist Glass Bottles. This is so pretty. This is such a fine looking glass bottle with a spray option. This pretty pink rose print is making it more attractive.

CLAIM TO FAME: A natural toner that helps maintain the skin’s optimal pH balance

It Fights acne, dermatitis, and eczema; hydrates, revitalizes, and moisturizes skin to make it smoother; helps control excess oil; reduces redness and irritation; keeps fine lines and wrinkles at bay
Refreshed and revitalized skin. Rose water has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce the redness of irritated skin, get rid of acne, dermatitis and eczema. It is a great cleanser and aids in removing oil and dirt accumulated in clogged pores. 
I use it as a toner after cleansing my skin & its perfect for my super sensitive skin.

Hemani Black Seed Moisturizing Cream

Moisturizing your face will help you to look and feel younger, you will have softer, more elastic skin, and it will keep your skin hydrated. All of these things are important if you want to make sure to look as young as you can in the years to come. 
This one is from Hemani with black seeds. Its vitamin complex for soft smooth skin. 

Again i would like to talk about packaging. I mean why not? just look at the packaging of this cream. This hexagonal box is so fun to open. To be honest this cream is my most favorite from all the products that they sent. and i didn't want to throw this box this is so pretty.

Black seed has long been used in the Arab world for its miraculous health benefits. In Arabic, it is called habbatul barakah which means blessed seed. It has been praised by Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as a miracle cure of many health problems. 

Nutrients in Black Seed for Beautiful Skin

• Omega 3 acids – Hydrates, moisturizes & lubricates skin. Promotes supple, soft and smooth skin. Heals parched & chapped skin.

it has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging properties so it deep cleanses pores, treats acne, heals eczema, moisturizes and softens skin, delays wrinkles and fine lines, prevents skin cancer.
I love its texture its non-greasy so it absorbs directly into the skin and gives smooth finish. I love its scent too. Its light fading. Its my fav go to moisturizing cream.

Youthful Micellar Cleansing Water

Micellarwater is made up of micelles (tiny balls of cleansing oil molecules) suspended in soft water. “The idea is that micelles are attracted to dirt and oil, so they are able to draw out impurities without drying out the skin. Therefore, micellar water can be used as a facial wash, makeup remover and moisturizer all in one. 

Its packaging is simple and sturdy bottle. It looks like water, it has the viscosity of water but when you put it on your finger and feel, it has a different texture than water. Its marketed as the perfect beauty travel product because it comes in handy when vacationing, camping or visiting places where no running water is easily accessible.
Its called youthful micellar water because it contains collagen. Collagen is a naturally occurring protein in the body that diminishes with age. Collagen makes the skin firm, diminishes wrinkles, increases elasticity and provides hydration.

How to use: APPLY MICELLAR WATER TO A COTTON PAD AND WIPE THE FACE, EYES AND LIPS. NO RINSING REQUIRED.

Currently i'm using bioderma micellar water because i have super sensitive skin followed by coconut oil to do double cleansing & this Hemani youthful micellar also water worked great for me in removing makeup however, i noticed that it is unable to remove heavy foundations or stubborn eye makeup like waterproof mascara. So you’ll need to use a separate makeup remover to get fresh-faced.

Delicate Beauty Face Mask

Face masks are the perfect skin care treatment to help you with your skin care concerns. The right face mask can help hydrate skin, remove excess oils and help improve the appearance of your pores. They're also an excellent way to help pull out impurities. 

Now this one is Delicate Beauty Face Mask with Macadamia. Luckily i got it to try because its suitable for sensitive skin. 

AGAIN! i'm a fan of this packaging i swear! i'm all about packaging haha :P i mean pretty packaging attracts me & i appreciate hemani's efforts in their packaging to attract their customers because its the first thing that impresses & attracts the customers. This pretty packaging is like a network. it has another cardbox inside it which contains mask jar. 

Macadamia a rich source of palmitoleic acid, which is a powerful antioxidant that supports healthy cell membranes, hydrates the skin and supports skin healing. It contains Omega 3 fatty acids which are an anti-inflammatory, whilst omega 6 works as a pro-inflammatory, which is why it’s great for those who suffer from sensitive skin conditions.

It has a thin jelly like texture which is off white in color but when applied to skin it becomes transparent and gets easily absorbed into the skin since its lightweight & very moisturizing but non-greasy. Delicate Beauty - Face Mask With Macadamia is enriched with herbal extracts from Aloe Vera and Chamomile that gently unclogs pores and calms stressed skin. It is rich in fatty acids which have anti-inflammatory and moisturizing benefits making it perfect for sensitive skin. It is a gentle face mask recommended for delicate and sensitive skin. It has soothing, moisturizing and nourishing properties that give skin a youthful glow and silky smoothness.

I noticed silky smooth skin afterwards but what i dislike about this mask is that when i apply it, my eyes get watery and i get burning feeling in my eyes so next time i decided to keep it far away from my eyes and it worked.

Whitening 5 in 1 Facial Scrub

There are so many benefits and reasons as to why you should incorporate exfoliating to your beauty routine. When you exfoliate regularly you help remove ingrained dirt, old dead skin, and improve the over all look of your face. This Hemani Facial scrub came in large tube. It contains strawberry & kiwi extracts. 5 in 1 whitening face scrub filled with natural extracts. Mulberry helps to remove toxins, pores even skin tone, moisturize and fight blemishes. Kiwi contains several skin friendly nutrients like vitamin C, E and antioxidants. Cucumber helps in revitalizing the skin. Heals sunburn skin, reduces the appearance of dark circles quickly. Berries protect the skin from damage caused by the sun and are known to help maintain a healthy glowing skin.

• Its texture is light jelly like  & contains little skyblue beads inside it. It doesn't make much lather but

Skin & Lip Treats by Pixi Beauty | R E V I E W

Hey lovelies! 
back in december i got one of the most beautiful PR package from Pixi Beauty!

just look at the packaging, i really love it. & oh that cute lock & key with pixi written on it just have my heart. 

It was a beautiful Book like box which has skin treats on one side & on other side lip treats. 

They launched two new Skintreats must-haves and MatteLast Liquid Lips, inspired by beautiful rose-toned colours and softness.

Skin Treats include Rose Caviar Essence & Rose Flash Balm. 

Rose Caviar Essence

In Rose Caviar Essence are encapsulated flower oils containing Ylang Ylang, Rose Geranium, and Damascus Rose to hydrate and revitalise skin. After applying to cleansed and toned skin, simply pat onto skin, neck and decolletage and let absorb! The encapsulated flower oils melt immediately into your skin, delivering fresh and skin-loving botanicals

Inside the little “eggs” are flower oils that have been encapsulated. Rose oil, anise extract, and mulberry extract are part of the formula, which Pixi claims will restore hydration and deliver major brightness. And rose is actually an antioxidant, an anti-inflammatory, and an antiseptic.

My Verdict: 

It’s such a satisfying product to use, smushing those little beads of oils into your face. I use this after cleansing and toning, just like a traditional essence, and I find this melts into the skin very quickly. Pixi Rose Caviar Essence acts as an extra layer of hydration before I add my serum, helping said serum sink in smoothly. It’s very pleasant to use, I use a chickpea-sized blob that I massage into my face with upward strokes. The only downside to this is that it runs out quickly! 
i noticed that some areas of redness on my skin are reduced & i have fresher skin than ever! 

Rose Flash Balm 

Rose Flash Balm is your 3-in-1 instant skin booster that moisturises and brightens tired, lackluster skin. It’s a moisturiser, makeup primer and mask all in one! It is infused  with Rose Water to balance and Rose Extract to soothe and minimise redness – just a few of its natural ingredients for petal perfect skin!

1) To use as a treatment primer, apply a thin layer to your face and neck after cleansing. This 2-in-1 step hydrates and preps your skin for Pixi perfect makeup application!
2) To use as a moisturising and plumping boost mask, apply a thick layer and leave on for 5 minutes, 2-3 times a week.

My Verdict:

Basically, the balm is sort of like a makeup primer that makes enlarged pores and fine lines appear less visible. It also contains a faint pink tint to make the skin look brighter, and other ingredients that tighten the facial contours temporarily, making you look more awake. This explains why a lot of pro MUAs swear by the Clarins version, actually. Even though the effects are not long-lasting, the skin does tend to look better overall when you use this balm, so it’s a nice product to have on hand for photoshoots and movie sets. haha :P

 Liquid Matte Lipsticks

Lip treats contain 5 liquid matte lipsticks.

These are hydrating, matte lip colour that lasts all day! This rosehip oil-infused formula moisturises the lips while quickly setting to a matte, non-transfer finish.

I like the packaging. Solid strong glass bottle which is very sturdy. & applicator is soft and amazing since it makes it easier for me to define the edge of my lips and giving it perfect shape. For a Pixi perfect pout, add gentle pressure as you apply with the petal-shaped applicator. Its bendable design adapts to the curve of your lip line for precise application without lip liner!

My Verdict:

These liquid matte lipsticks are almost perfect. It settles like a true matte liquid lipstick and it’s not too drying. It is transfer-proof and really long lasting. It also smells like a fruity bubblegum. I also find it to be comforting on the lips and really lightweight. On top of that, it’s even well-pigmented, and even though there were only 5 shades released, the colors are universally flattering.

they have sent me 3 of their products for testing purposes. their staff was nice enough to ask me about my skin type and then discussed it with me that which products will suit my skin type, untill i was satisfied. so that i was very desperate to get my hands on their products and use them ASAP.

1. Leegeehaam Tea Tree 90 Essence

If you have sensitive or acne prone skin and you are suffering from breakouts too & you want something light yet effective to treat your skin? then you are at the right place, keep reading.

Lee gee Ham Tea Tree Essence that has become increasingly popular among people with acne prone/sensitive skin. & guess what, i'm a sucker for tea tree! 

Claims :

Super lightweight serum with 90% Tea Tree extract to soothe and hydrate sensitive, irritated and troubled skin. For all skin types. Formulated mostly of Tea Tree extract, comprising 90% of the entire formula, this essence works to treat skin that is sensitive, irritated, or troubled. This water-free treatment also contains Trehalose, which helps to bind moisture to skin, as well as Sea Buckthorn extract and Centella Asiatica, which help to even skin tone and visibly improve skin texture.

My Experience :

Having a sensitive skin makes it pretty unpredictable how your skin will look and that is always one of the reasons for my anxiety. My skin is so delicate and thin just like a baby ( laugh if you want to but its so true ) which is why even little dust particles affect my skin badly :( this super sensitive skin always gets me breakouts and i'm afraid to use anything because that will make my skin more thin and sensitive. but this essence was a light of hope for me. 

first of all i really like the packaging.  bottle is dull white with a sucker which makes it very hygienic plus you can get the right amount without wasting. its texture is watery and hence absorbs very rapidly within seconds. it doesn't contain any strong fragrance so doesn't irritate the skin. 

when i applied it on my face on affected areas like where i had some acne or breakouts, it literally calmed my skin and breakouts were almost vanished. i also use 2,3 drops of this essence in my face pack masks and it does wonders!

2. Leegeehaam Tea Tree 80 Cream

Claims :

LGH's Tea Tree 80 Cream is a cream formulated with 80% Tree Tree extract!  Dry, sensitive and troubled skin beware, you have met your match!  This lightweight cream will help to soothe your angry irritated skin while still maintaining it's moisture.  Formulated with many botanical extracts, essential oils and without any water, LGH's Tea Tree 80 Cream is suitable for all skin types, especially sensitive troubled skin and even oily skin.

My Experience :

For extra moisturization, you could also apply the  LGH tea tree 80 cream that performs dual functions – clear up blemishes and hydrate the skin. Its texture is gel like and it isn't heavy on the skin, it absorbs fully without a greesy feeling. and gives you right amount of moisture. I took a whiff of the jar and was surprised that the tea tree fragrance is slightly more prominent in this cream but it is not unbearable with a the usual strong medicinal scent. In fact, it smells light and soothing.
On top of tea tree oil and centella asiatica, it also contains Aquaregul-K for 96 hours of moisture and glow. It retains water in the skin and acts as an antioxidant to protect your skin from the damaging effects of the sun.
overall the product is great.

3. Leegeehaam Grow Hyal B5 Toner

A lightweight bouncy gel toner formulated with five types of Hyaluronic Acid and nourishing botanicals to youthfully plump the skin from within and provide soothing, hydrating relief to dehydrated, irritated skin. 

Claims :

This watery gel toner glides onto skin to deeply hydrate and restore skin's natural moisture barrier. Five types of powerful Hyaluronic Acid ensure skin's moisture retention by penetrating every skin layer, while Olive Oil and Carrot Seed Oil provide lasting hydration. Pro Vitamin B5 helps balance oil levels, along with brightening Peony and soothing Centella Asiatica extract. This hyaluronic acid cocktail delivers moisture deep down into the skin, refines skin texture, treats dryness, and helps stimulate collagen production making your skin looking plumper and younger. Added to this is the Pro Vitamin B5 also known as Panthenol which helps lock in the moisture from evaporating. Glyceryl glucoside helps skin elasticity and stimulates aquaporins, water channels in cells. 

My Experience : 

The toner comes in a clear heavy plastic packaging with a pump and a top cover. The liquid inside is a viscous formula, but when you rub it in it becomes a thinner liquid. It has a very faint herbal scent that i love. The extracts that are in this toner are Ginseng fruit extract, vanilla fruit extract, Centella Asiatica extract, kava extract, burdock extract, and mushroom extract, and yam extract. It also contains oils, olive oil, white yam leaf oil, nutmeg kernel oil, carrot seed oil, cowpea seed oil, white chamois flower oil. This is my holy grail product because if i use it i don't even need moisturizer after it. and after using it for 2 weeks i felt that my skin has become glowing.
